Work culture
Life at Purple & Pink
What it's like to work here, in four ideas.
01
Hospitality first
We think like hoteliers and restaurateurs, because some of us were. Guests come first in every brief.
02
On location, always
We shoot real rooms, real food and real people, never stock. Being on the property is part of the job.
03
Ideas over titles
The best idea wins, whoever it comes from. Everyone gets a say in the brief.
04
Measured by results
We celebrate enquiries, bookings and full tables, not just likes.

We're always looking for curious people who love hospitality, stories and results.
